  1. When is the applications deadline for September 2021?

The deadline for applications for a September 2021 start is: Friday 18th December 2020

We will, however, continue to accept late applications after this date,
especially as you may not have had the opportunity to come and see us in person.

  1. Will I get the opportunity to get a tour of the campus?

  1. What actions and hygiene measures is the College taking to ensure the health and safety of students and staff?

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our students, staff and visitors. We are following government and Public Health England advice and guidance surrounding COVID-19 to ensure the college is a safe and secure environment for everyone.

A risk assessment is in place and is updated as necessary following weekly health and safety committee meetings and following the latest and updated government and Public health England advice and guidance.

All our strategies and initiatives around the safety of everyone who enters the College is an on-going process from routes around campus and our buildings to limiting capacity in communal spaces to ensure you are comfortable and able to make the most of your experience.


  1. Will there be any PPE, hand sanitisation fixings to walls around the building and in classrooms? What are the cleaning procedures for classrooms and toilets, etc?

Screens at reception, the canteen and library will be in place as protective measures. Hand sanitisation dispensers will be fitted around College corridors, outside classrooms and in other key College areas.

Cleaning will take place at the beginning and end of each day throughout all rooms, social spaces, corridors and toilets. Social distancing measures will be in effect as dictated by government guidance for Colleges.


  1. Can I change the courses I would like to study after I submit my application?

Yes, you will be able to change the courses you have selected to study if you change your mind after you submit your application. You will receive an interview appointment with us where we can offer advice and guidance on your courses.


  1. What are the entry requirements for the courses I want to study?

A-Level

  • Entry Criteria5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths. Two of the subjects should be a grade 6.

Level 3 Vocational

  • Entry Criteria5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above, including English.

Intermediate Vocational Pathway

  • Entry Criteria 4 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade 3 or above.
