The Travel and Tourism industry is one of the most vibrant industries in the world. This course gives students a lively and varied introduction to the travel industry.
In April 2013 the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport launched Visit Britain’s long term tourism growth strategy for Britain. This ambitious strategy – delivering a Golden legacy: a growth strategy for inbound tourism 2012 – 2020 – aims to attract 40 million international visitors a year, spending £31.3 billion, by 2020. This will generate an estimated 225,000 jobs.

More than just a course
Our Tutors are all industry specialists and you will learn via, group discussions, role plays, team activities, research and individual study.
The course is made practical wherever possible, particularly in areas such as customer service, marketing and organising study visits.
Assessment takes a variety of forms including written assignments, on line exams, role plays practical work, group work and observations. You will also be given the opportunity to undertake work experience

To study Level 2 Vocational qualifications you must have achieved at least 4 grade 3 GCSEs.
