The Cheadle College

The Cheadle College is a thriving, modern centre of education which welcomes students aged 16 and over from Greater Manchester and beyond.

We offer a wide and diverse range of courses – including A  Levels and BTEC qualifications  all of which can help lead to university, further training or directly into employment.

An Inclusive Approach
With over 800 students drawn from all walks of life we pride ourselves of being an inclusive college. All college staff and students are treated equally and with respect – regardless of background, ability, beliefs or lifestyle choice – and everyone contributes to a progressive and positive learning environment.

This, combined with an extensive programme of extra-curricular activities, sporting clubs and other opportunities outside of the classroom, helps to ensure our graduates are mature, grounded and equipped for the next stages of their lives.

Results Driven
At The Cheadle College we are constantly improving standards and results. Our student’s grades have improved every year for the last four years, and our A Level results continue to be higher than those achieved at school sixth forms.

Community Minded
The Cheadle College is embedded in its local community and strives to be a good neighbour.

Students and staff regularly get involved in charity initiatives which benefit local causes, and we hold regular college events which are open to everyone.
